Advertising can bring more people to an offer. It cannot make that offer profitable on its own. Before increasing the budget, check what happens after a customer responds.

Calculate what a sale leaves behind

Include acquisition costs, sales time, delivery, returns, and support. Revenue growth can hide a problem if every new sale consumes more cash than it produces.

Check what the customer understands

Review the questions people ask before buying. Repeated confusion about scope, pricing, or timing is a reason to improve the offer, not just the sales script.

Increase spend in steps

Once the offer works at the current volume, raise the budget gradually. Watch conversion, customer quality, and delivery capacity. Set a limit for what you are willing to spend to acquire a customer.
