When growth slows, teams often add more activity. More campaigns, more meetings, more tools. It is usually worth finding the specific point where progress stops first.
Follow a customer through the business
Look at the path from first inquiry to payment and delivery. Where do people wait? Where do they leave? A full inbox with slow replies needs a different fix from an empty pipeline.
Check the numbers and ask the team
Review response times, conversion rates, delivery delays, and gross margins. Then speak with the people doing the work. The numbers can show where a problem sits; the team can often explain why it happens.
Choose one change to test
Assign an owner, agree on what improvement would look like, and set a review date. Keep the test small enough to learn from. If it works, make it part of the process before adding more work.
